So, I woke up at 11:30 (which is late, I should have woken up earlier… tomorrow I will). As soon as I woke up I opened the meal plan (which was not emailed to me so I simply went to the blogilates website, here’s the link if you need it:
Breakfast for me was 1/2 a cup of oatmeal with 1/2 a banana mixed in (I cheated a little an added about a teaspoon of molasses brown sugar for a bit of taste). Then I scrambled 1/2 a cup of egg whites and added about 1 tbsp of healthy salsa to that to taste (can you tell I can’t eat plain food).
Since I couldn’t find unsalted plain almonds at the grocery store I’ll have the equivelent in peanuts for a snack as well as 1/2 a cup of fruit (maybe the other half of the banana and some raspberries or something.
I’ve run into a problem however…. my boyfriend wants to go to the movies over the time that I should be having lunch. And although I could sneak some food in with me (almonds and fruit to snack on) an entire salad will be a kind of difficult task. So, what I might do is grab my snack here in about 10 minutes…. eat at the theater…. (something small) then when I get back home eat my salad, work out, then have my protien drink. That might work.
I got my first cheque in the mail from the government today (these cheques are all spending money since my regular pay pays the bills) so I’ll put that on my credit card so I can buy myself some new clothes when I start to lose weight… it will happen!

Tomorrow is the beginning of a new beginning! Tomorrow will be the day that I start my part of the 90 day challenge! I’m more than excited to start feeling better about myself! Hey Ladies and Gents,
To all those following me via blogilates HEYY and to them and everyone else Welcome! This is my tumblr account meant for tracking my success in the Blogilates 90 day challenge (you know, 12 weeks sounds a lot shorter than 90 days). I’m doing this so I can lose weight. I want my boyfriend to love my body as much as he loves me as a whole and although he says I’m sexy sometimes I just don’t belive him (I mean, before I went blonde we were barely intimate… I can’t help but think that had something to do with the way I look, and my lack of fitness goals).
James is a fitness freak (sometimes I think even more so than Cassey) he pushes me so hard to work out, and eat better, but I feel like I just don’t have the time. I hate bringing food with me anywhere, mostly because I don’t know what to make in advance (I’m a terrible cook…. which you can discover on my other blog). With all my lack of motivation I feel like he just keeps being disappointed in me. I’ve tried multiple ways of motivating myself… rewards (if I do this for this long I’ll buy myself THIS) being rewarded by others (mom offered to keep paying my gym membership if I lost 10 lbs in a month…. and as much as I worked out, the weight just didn’t come off). I hope this will be different. With a group of girls (and guys) standing behind me and supporting me and watching me succeed maybe this just might be the ticket to getting my groove back and getting back into my boyfriends brain (and that dress).
